DNS Management

All domains purchased from APC comes with DNS Management. You can use Ascio’s / Public Domain Registry’s / OpenSRS's nameservers depending on who your current domain registrar is. If you do not know which nameserver you should use, please send in an email to to enquire.

Note the following limitations of using DNS Management below which comes with the domain:
1. As you are using the DNS record from the registrar (Ascio / Public Domain Registry / OpenSRS), APC will not have control or will be responsible for any issues including downtime to the domain company’s DNS server. Our DDoS protection does not cover external DNS that belongs to the domain companies as well.

To change your nameserver to Ascio / Public Domain Registry / OpenSRS, please following this guide > 

When prompt for the nameserver, please use the following: 

Ascio Nameservers (Adicio & IPMirror)

Public Domain Registry Nameservers

OpenSRS Nameservers

Once you have made the changes, The end result would be as shown in the below screenshot for Ascio / Public Domain Registry / OpenSRS. Please allow 24-48 hours to propagate.

Once the propagation is complete, kindly use the steps below to add your CNAME records etc. under DNS Management: 
- Login to our billing area > 
- Click "Domains" > "My Domains"

- Click on your domain. 
- Click on "DNS Management" on the left side of the page and fill in the necessary information the provider has provided you with. Once you are ready, click on "Save change".

Please allow 24-48 hours to propagate.
