Highest Level of Network Redundancy

We use high-end Cisco 3750 switches and enterprise-class Juniper SSG 140 hardware firewalls. All our network devices come in redundant pair so that in any event if one fails, our network will fail over to the other unit automatically without causing any downtime. This is crucial to ensure our customers enjoy a near 100% uptime for their business operations.
In the event if there is any failure of our hardware equipment, we have ready spares available for instant replacement without causing any network disruption.
In additional, to increase our network redundancy to ourĀ Internet backbone, we have 2 cables connected out to the Internet.
Constant Network Performance Monitoring


Our network and servers are constantly beingĀ monitored 24/7 by our proactive management systems. In the event when an abnormality is detected in the network or with the performance of the network or servers, our technical engineers will immediately be notified to respond swiftly to such situations.
Enterprise-Class Rack Server

The rack servers we use for our hosting are highly-acclaimed IBM xSeries servers and US-based SuperMicro servers. High-end server specifications with Intel Quad-Core (at the minimum), high-speed RAM and fastest enterprise-class SAS hard disks of 15K RPM are chosen to ensure highest quality of hosting services provided to our customers.
All servers comes with RAID redundancy to counter any possibility of data loss through hard disk failure.
Our customers’ data are also regularly being backed up onto our storage servers in case of server failure. These on-site backups are regularly duplicated and stored off-site in tapes in the event of any disaster.
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encrypted Connection

To ensure a highly encrypted connection for our hosting customers, we utilize a secure 2048-bit Wildcard SSL certificate to secure any connections between our clients and our servers.
Connections to hosting control panels, web mail and FTP servers are some of the connections we have encrypted and secured.
